By using MailChief ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
MailChief connects to your Gmail account (read-only) to generate a daily audio summary of your emails, delivered to your WhatsApp. The Service is provided by MailChief ("we", "us", or "our").
You must have a valid Google account to use MailChief. By signing up, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to grant the permissions requested.
You agree not to:
You grant MailChief read-only access to your Gmail inbox for the sole purpose of generating your brief. We do not store, sell, or share your email content. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings.
If you provide a WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving audio messages from MailChief via that number. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply. You can remove your number at any time from your dashboard settings.
We aim to deliver your brief reliably every morning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed or delayed briefs due to technical issues, third-party outages, or factors outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The AI-generated summaries are best-effort and may not capture every important email. Do not rely solely on MailChief for time-sensitive communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailChief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using MailChief at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
